ABOUT THE COLLEGE:

     Nandha Engineering college established in the year 2001, is an autonomous institution, Approved by AICTE, New Delhi and Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The college offers various Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes. The college is accredited by NAAC and NBA. The Nandha Engineering College is situated at about 10 kms from Erode Railway station and 80 kms from Coimbatore airport. Nandha Engineering college, under the guidance of illustrious chairman Mr.V.Shanmugam, Secretaries Mr.S.Nandha Kumar Pradeep and Mr.S.Thirumoorthy, with fore sight and far reaching vision, has been in the fore front of innovation in technical education. The college today has student strength of about 3000 with engineering and technology departments besides management sciences, basic sciences and humanities departments.

 

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

      The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started in the year 2002.The Department offers Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Master’s degree in Power Electronics and Drives and Embedded System Technologies. Most of the faculty members have done their UG and PG degree from top notch universities .The department  has state of the art laboratories in almost all the areas of electrical and Electronics Engineering. The Department has organized many seminars, workshops and conferences.
